Ultrapanel is a zero-bills-ready, low-carbon building system that enables sustainable, modern methods of construction to be delivered at pace. By combining precision engineering with scalable manufacturing, it helps developers meet housing targets faster, while reducing environmental impact and whole life costs.
Traditional structural insulated panelised (SIP) systems offer strong energy performance but often compromise on cost, adaptability, or buildability. After considerable research and development, we progressed SIP technology to overcome these limitations.
From bespoke homes to large-scale developments, Ultrapanel Building Technologies design, engineer and manufacture advanced wall and roof building systems that work together to deliver a complete whole-house envelope, meeting the evolving needs of residential developers.
The patented system combines structural support and insulation in one precision-engineered panel. The innovative design unlocks exceptional versatility. Ultrapanel can be used to construct external, internal and party walls, as well as warm roofs – seamlessly integrating with timber joists and trusses to form the complete superstructure of an Ultra Home. This delivers exceptional thermal performance attaining U-values as low as 0.10 W/m²K and airtightness of 1.5 m³/h.m² – but if the brief demands, Ultrapanel can reach Passivhaus Standards.

Our in-house digital design capabilities support full BIM integration – bringing advanced levels of precision, traceability and efficiency to housing delivery. A Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) approach combined with precision engineering and mass customisation, streamlines the build process – reducing construction times by up to 40%.
But that’s not all – custom-made to meet the individual performance needs of housebuilders, Ultrapanel achieves lower embodied carbon than traditional construction methods.
Walling System

Delivering U-values as low as 0.10 W/m²K, Ultrapanel has the capability to meet Passivhaus Standards if required. Airtightness levels as low as 1.5 m³/h.m²@ 50Pa, help drive down heating demand and deliver significant operational energy savings.
Performance is underpinned by third-party testing and certification. Ultrapanel is BBA Certified and NHBC Accepts. With testing regimes that encompass thermal performance, structural integrity, acoustic attenuation and fire safety – developers can have complete confidence in compliance, performance consistency and regulatory acceptance.

Live Build
Showcasing the speed and buildability of our Ultrapanel system, our team proved what can be done in less than a day. At our ‘Live Build’ event, the Ultrapanel installation team erected the full superstructure for a three-bedroom home, including the roof – in less than six hours!
The Live Build event was a pivotal moment for us and a chance to demonstrate the true potential of our next generation Ultrapanel SIP system in a live, real-world setting in front of an invited audience. The engagement from senior technical and construction leaders was rewarding, we had dynamic discussions, thoughtful questions and overwhelmingly positive feedback. It is clear Ultrapanel is gaining serious momentum as a game-changer for faster, smarter homebuilding.
