Ultrapanel Building Technologies delivers an integrated retrofit system designed to transform how homes are upgraded for the future. Built around a versatile structural insulated panel solution, it supports retrofit, new build and extension projects, offering flexibility for construction challenges.
Developed to overcome limitations of traditional methods, the system combines fabric improvements with technologies such as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, battery storage, solar energy and air source heat pumps. Redefining Retrofit
Ultrapanel EWI is helping to redefine what is possible in home retrofit. As part of the Mayor of London’s Retrofit Accelerator – Homes Innovation Partnership, our 2023 pilot in Barking and Dagenham demonstrated that upgrading homes can be fast, efficient and life-enhancing. With minimal disruption, we improved thermal performance, reduced energy bills, and made residents feel more comfortable in their homes.
